My adventure

She had fog on her glasses

From her cup of coffee

That lay in her hands

The warmth wrapping around her like a blanket

She had a book in her lap

As she casually reads

A catch in her breath

As the climax came in sight

She is deaf to this world

The book is all she can hear

She is completely lost now

Or perhaps she is found

In this strange paper world

That is far from the ground.
