My Almost
He isn’t my boyfriend.
He isn’t an ex.
He’s something so much worse.
Sometimes he spoils me.
He’ll call me beautiful and real.
He’ll says he doesn’t ever want me to leave his life.
He’ll pull me close and hold me in his arms.
He’ll make me feel safe.
He isn’t my boyfriend.
He isn’t an ex.
He’s something so much worse.
When he hurts me I’ll have no right to care.
If he finds someone else then I won’t get to be upset.
When he ends this…whatever this is I won’t be allowed to cry.
He can’t really leave me because he was never mine to begin with.
He isn’t my boyfriend.
He isn’t an ex.
He’s something so much worse.
He’s my almost.
