My Beautiful Soul
Looking into the mirror
I see ugly
Ugliness that defines me,
Makes me who I am to this day.
I'm not okay with it.
I never will be.
But beauty doesn't come from my reflection,
it comes from within.
Within my very center.
My soul.
Pure, and lovely, and beautiful.
Completely and utterly perfect.
Because my soul is what makes me, me.
Not my smile.
Nor my size.
But it is who I am, and who I am is beauty.
