My Best Days

Even my best days with out you
Were nothing in comparison
To my worst days when I had you.
When I had you, I had everything.
I'm glad you stayed.
Nights I've prayed
To be no longer in love.
It's finally happened.

When I was down you covered me.
With an emotional paragraph
Deep down I still have to wonder
Why do you love me?
Why keep me around?
Don't I bring you down?
My great enemy
Is my worrying.
It's not only you.

When I was sleeping without you
I was haunted by the baddest dreams
If I find could some one just like you
Have two of you, you know I would.
I've done the best I could.
The hunt isn't done.
Maybe they'll fall in love.
Still wish it was you.
