My Best Friend

She's so dang stunning

She sends models running

She's my favorite song I'm always humming

I love her and everything about her

I'm in the friend zone

That's fine, she makes me feel like I'm in Beast Mode

I never feel alone

She's fantastic

Talented like Derek Rose with free-throws

Got a voice that abdicates Nicki, gets dethroned

She's one BA chick

Wish she can take my hints

And run with it.

Sun can't compare

Rose even pales

I know she got a man

I totally understand

I ain't tryin' to steal her from him

Wish she'll finally comprehend

How much I love her and wanna see her happy

Ain't about my own wants

I guess I'll be alone

Marisa, that's how much you mean to me

I'm standing here humbly, on both knees

i'm here to tell you before I go

Before we part ways

I wanna let you know

That this love's real

Can't sugarcoat how I really feel

I'm seein' a girl now

like you always wanted me to

I never knew how

To treat and speak to one before I met you

I'll always hold you dear to my heart

No guy, no force, no storm, no diety

Can rip our friendship apart.
