My Best Friend, Poetry..

My best friend, Poetry Understands me As a little girl I kept everything Bottled inside like a lioness protecting her young. I would breakdown and cry Or even blow up on the people close to me Until I met, My best friend, Poetry. When I met Poetry, It was like seeing the light at the end of a tunnel. Hope. Love. Understanding. Comfort. Poetry leaves no judgments. But lets me express myself in a safe environment Finding Poetry made me a better me. I have you to thank My best friend, Poetry.
