My biggest demon, is my self

It feels like I’m falling

Then I’m crawling

Hands and knees

All sense flees

Boom, happy, but why

Chemical imbalance, random high

Needing to seek these validations

But then there’s all these obligations

Stress and thoughts racing

Consequences i never feel like facing

But it felt good in the moment

But my brain is my biggest opponent

She’s always fighting and screaming

“Stop what are you doing” she’s always rude and demeaning

Sleeping four hours

Feeling like super man and i have all these powers

What’s wrong, why do you hate

Brains i need to sleep it’s really late

Happiness here you are,

the fakest feeling by far

Happy for a day or three

Sad for a life time again, I’ll never be free

Here i am, bipolar me

But i want to be who i see

Strong beautiful and magnificent

But it’s hard to see when my brains so different

I am me not bipolar

But that’s how i feel, sometimes i wish i had a do over.

Every time I think you're gone you come knock on my door
Like hey hello I'm bored
Things are great, that's good
Let's think of these things that change your mood
Food for thought shandon
Remember that time you where left there abandoned
Or that time life was great and the bubble blew
Pop it was always your fault you
Or the last time you smiled?
That was great it was wild
But wait. Don't stop, it's ok,
Here I was having a nice day
You entered my mind and destroyed it
Put the thoughts in my mind deployed it
The bomb that went off in my brain
Depression this ungodly stain
On my soul
You come and take your tole
You're like the friend everyone loves to hate
Every time I'm feeling great
You come along with your destructive ways
Stay for daysrr
Make your self at home
In my brain it's just me all alone
