My Blanket
I cannot fall asleep without my Blanket
The azure, the gray, and the soft white hues
Dyed across a dolphin’s back, waves rolling
Softly, a seagull circles the blood red sun
Which I always gaze upon until sleep comes
Then, warmed by the polyester I fall asleep.
