MY BLESSING
For so long she wanted me
She did pray fervently to touch me
She had to carry me within her not minding the shame
She protected me when I wanted her to
There she always was when I needed her to
Embracing her warmth
She is a blessing, my blessing
The gift I so much appreciate
For without her presence I am empty
My blessing is my gift
And my gift is what I never did purchased
Many want what I have
Many desire what I have gotten
For truly am I blessed
What else will a man want or need if not to be blessed
What else do i long for if not this
For this gift was never given by man
But by God through her own kind
She is beautiful
Intelligent
And a worthy mother
She shows concerns and worries about me
She cares about my decisions
And make me believe that I am unique
Just like every other
She knows my shames,
My dislikes and likes
She's indeed a blessing
My blessing
My gift from God I so much appreciate
For without her presence I am empty
My blessing is my gift
And my gift is what I never purchased
Words can’t describe the love I feel for her
Owe I to her
What I can never pay back
Hence a debtor am I for life
‘Thanks mum, Is but an understatement
Promises, even when fulfilled is not enough
Wow! For love is a woman who is a caring mother
I bless Him for blessing me so much
With what I can never afford in life
Thanking Him for my mother
I love her
I want her
And I do need her
No matter what happens
No matter where I go
She will always be my mother.
