My Box
All my life I've been guarded, it seems that I have been Shy targeted.
I've been stuck in this box complete with many locks.
Afraid to come out, afraid to scream and shout.
I was afraid to speak, afraid of being called weak.
I liked my box it was quite cozy, But that part of my life was phony.
I need to step out and speak my mind, now is the time.
Can't be afraid to speak anymore, got to shut the fear behind a door.
My box has no room for me, Its not where I want to be.
Goodbye box, you've been cool; but not anymore will I be a shy fool.
