my brain in a nutshell

I don't want to eat I can't sleep my heart has withdrawn so far my body can't feel it and its cries for you I don't know what day it is or even the pathetic time hell, where am I? I've never known pain like this It feels endless its echos are so loud in my head that my ears ring and I can't hear them telling me "get out of bed" "you have to try" "you don't do enough" "all you do is cause problems" I don't want to. the air is to heavy for my lungs I'd rather let go it would be so easy.
