My brain is a scattered disaster

My brain is a scattered disaster How did I get from point A to point B? My thoughts flutter through my head so fast Sometimes it scares me I remember being young, sitting in my room I had millions of questions as to why I would stare at the walls Hours would fly by I write to sort out my thoughts My brain looks like a busy city Without pen and paper My world would not be pretty It was always a combination of things Anger, anxiety and those are just the A’s The list could go on forever I just wanted my emotions kept at bay My experiences have shaped me I’ve endured loss and misery I have been writing since I was ten It’s been the only thing that can calm my worry
