My Center (Why I Write)

Why I write? Sometimes best at night, where I am safe to close my eyes and imagine. The universe I am on is nothing but peace and darkness. The darkness is not a symbol of evil, for once, now a symbol of the calmness of internal thoughts. For it is a library, not consisting of books, but consisting of memories. I write to channel my internal thoughts, I write to exhale my memories into the fine air of peace and serenity. I write to lift the weight that had been carrying on my mind, that same weight that I have been carrying on my chest as I climb that mountain of negativity. Freedom is why I write. I write so that the darkness that overshadows my inner strength will come to light.
