My Childhood

When I was young,

My parents always taught me to use my manners and respect others.

Behaving well is very important.

I was oblivious when I was young,

And was unfairly pressured by my peer's inappropriate behavior.

I said a naughty word,

And was grounded for a whole month.

That experience thaught me,

That no matter how popular my peers were,

If they behaved in a naughty manner,

It's not worth it to try to be like them.

I used this lesson to improve my behavior,

And become a better person.
