My closed personality

My closed personality

My personality is artificially grown inside of me

I’ll admit it

But I used to be a open book of emotions and words

I wore my heart on my sleeve

Always in open arms ready to help in those of need and

To care.

Then people began to take me a simple, easy girl

People began to confuse my demeanor

Who gave you the right mind to talk to me like some irrelevent subject in life?

Have you ever been subdued to a microscopic sorry apology?

But I still took it like breeze on a cool day

My reasoning was it customary for me to smushed down the ground.

It was customary until my ego was shredded.

My heart slivered in pieces

My dignity slitted into tiny shreds.

This world is tough

So until I get to heaven

I need my closed personality
