My Collision
The heart in me is delusional, deceiving and too unrealistic
My mind is too judgmental, cold, analytical and logistic
I'm scared to feel and my natural sense is safe
but I know, true living is hard when you have dreams you never chase
No dreams come to my mind or heart
The only decision they both can agree on,
their main focus is you
I see you, I feel you, but my heart is wrong
I shouldn't desire you
This is my mind speaking, which I have to follow by
I feel better, but then I don't…
constantly changing every time
My mind is where I'm comfortable
I can give reason behind my actions
But I should live through my heart more
Take bigger chances with stronger passions
Used to I could cover any feelings,
I was always lead by a sturdy, intelligent mind
But lately my aspirations have become too loud and complex to define
Something wrong with this poem?
