My Confession
Holding a confession
Sitting in a therapy session
Nightmare and dreams
Reality worse than it seems
Screams so loud
But no one cares to listen
Voices and places
People and faces
So I’ll take these pills
No more worries or ills
Streams of tears
Blood and fears
Is anything real?
I don’t want to feel
Laying on this bed
Things unsaid
So is this the end?
Not even a friend
To hold my hand
Too weak to stand
Rivers of sadness
Smiles of madness
Gripping this bloody knife
Welcome to my life
A Sweat stained sheet
A single heartbeat
So here I lie
Too tired to cry
Too tired to try
But ready
To die
