My Dandelion

I wish that you knew, Dandelion,

How much I like you.

You've only been swaying to the wind of your life,

But I feel a desire to be in your life.

I want to touch you,

As much as a bee wants your pollon

I want to smell you,

Just as much as a hummingbird does to find your syrup.

I want to know your secrets,

The way a scientist studies all your components.

Oh Dandelion,

How much do I wish that you knew me enough.

Just like Dandelions in the wild,

I won't pick you.

It'll be the best for all.
