To My Darling

At your kiss

my sun arises.

At your touch

my being scatters

into a splay of vibrant color

creating the most fantastic of sunsets.

The culprit of time

preys after our youth,

but love remains

untouched.

Just as times sand falls

to the bottom of the glass

as do I for you, my love

continuously.
