My dear love

You ask what i cannot live without

I will answer without a doubt

The answer lies in my dreams

I'll never leave you he screams

He floats around in my head

Where he lies next to me in my bed

He tries to escape my heart

But i tell him we'll never be apart

He cries outloud but no one hears

Locked away he sheds his tears

When I try to comfort and keep him warm

He brings out a mid-summer-night storm

I try to steal from him his love

But it flies away like a dove

The more I try to catch its wings

The farther away from me it springs

Against my will I shed a tear

For losing him is my greatest fear
