To my dear Mother and Father

I don’t have to love you.

It’s just a title to you, but it’s a feeling to me.

With the unconcerned glances, silent dinners and fake sympathy,

My heart had no room for you.

In the end, my heart bled the ashes of false hopes

Even if it’s empty, you are not welcome.

Your synthetic worry leaves me sick.

I suppose my presence does the same to you.

In the end, I will never have that feeling.

In the end, you gave me nothing.

Expect the same from me.
