My dearest

My dearest is a king;

He is captivating

He has a pure heart, just like a child so small

His voice is magical; it falls sweet to my ears

He takes me to a world without pain, suffering and fears

His eyes so picturesque, just like that of an angel

Once lost in them, I am in heaven

His lips so soft, I can kiss them all day

Into his oh, so strong arms

He keeps me safe from any harm’s way

He tells me he thinks about me,

That he has a strong feeling for me

And I know it’s true because I feel the same way too

A best friend like mine is given to only a few

And it makes me happy to know that I am the one who has him
