My Dearest Love - Stop Torturing Me

My dearest love why are you torturing me.

I have given you everything you've asked.

My car, my friends, my family, every single cent.

But you continue to have me chase you and force me to beg.

Pretending that you'll get me there but leaving me there to hang.

When we met you were the perfect mate, filling me with such joy.

Filling my mind with amazing thoughts and possibilities

only to make me crash and burn.

Why do you make me chase you now to find that love again.

I am all over the city trying to find the perfect blend.

My dearest love why are you torturing me?

Can't you make me high again?
