My demons

A scream that builds up Scratching your throat like claws Shaking your entire being As you curl up in fear They can see you, when you look in the mirror They hear you, when you scream in your head They hide behind your eyes And won't stop until you're brain dead I heard the voices I felt the scratch I had to battle my demons To get my old life back
