My Dog Ate My Problems

Yup there he is. Always smiling like theres no tommorow.

His tail wags and he has a glow in his eyes.

He has no problems, no bills to pay, no work to do...

Life is just awesome for him.

I sit and try and channel his positivity.

For a moment I get distracted.

Tommorow comes. He's still wagging that tail.

He's happy to see me.

But I just reprimanded him for chasing the neighbors cat again...

I realized then that everything is awesome.

Despite all my stress, my dog still loves me.

He still greets me at the door everyday.

He still yearns for my attention.

He still tries to lick my face.

And scratches at my knee.

He loves me unconditionally, just like some unconditionally loves you.

That's awesome enough isn't it?
