My doggie Elmer :(

On the 22nd of January, we lost you to cancer

The family and I could never quite find answers 

Why did you have to leave so soon? 

How could this possibly have happened to you?

You were suffering and could barely eat 

Not even just one bite of meat :( 

Your nose and mouth would bleed waterfalls

It hurt to watch you suffer, we knew it was gods call.

He said it was your time, but why?

You had a heart of gold 

And never failed to make us smile.

You’re free of pain in heaven now! 

I will see you in a while :)
