In My Dream

In my dream there’s a place where it’s clean No more waste in the air and the sea All of us uniting to purify the endless trauma Endless pain and suffering Take me to my dream, where there is no war And the children sing words that don’t include hatred or violence Or sex or greed And though I know it’s just a dream I’m constantly wondering Will my dream be noticed, will it be found? In my Dreams there is no war No guns or racism No shadows that plague our souls I wish to fly like a bird over the rainbow And maybe find the dream I’ve always dreamed Take me to my dream and help me realize That it’s not pain or trauma but happiness in my eyes Will we ever come together, unite as a whole? I’m not sure. But I do know this. If we can think it, believe it, then it is possible.

ShatteredRoses

Hi. My name is Jessica and I am trying to be an author and am going to take classes at Central Washington University. Though on the outside life was easy, on the inside life was rough. I have been trying to find out who I am, and what my purpose in life is. Good luck to all of you, and congratulations, if you are winners, and keep trying, if you don't win.
