My Dream is "Now"

I’ve only had one dream since I was five

May seem impossible and foolish to many

But they say if people ain’t laughing at your dreams, it ain’t worthy

My dream was always to start early

never wanted to step in front of a crowd and say

“Well I wanna be...”

and have that last till I’m in my forties

I speak into existence

With “I am”

and proudly I say

I am an actress and will achieve bigger and amazing things one day

My day is always now

Or tomorrow

There’s no reason to wait

with my dream

The world is just waiting

in anticipation

It will explode like an eruption

WELCOMING TO THE STAGE,

Cydni Newman

Winning her award for leading star in her recent role

I’ll be at the Oscars

I won’t be that person,

where people say well she “Wanted to be an actress but decided to wait.”

Love your dream

Believe in yourself

That’s what I always say

Many may strive for perfection

I want to be remembered,

Say I made it, and pray

 I’ll be great
