My Duality

My inner world is all that exist when I acknowledge my inner presence I can see my existence is a Gift I can damage I can heal I AM all these things false or real Co-Creator of my life or down world spiral drowning my light fight or cease fighting react or act part take or not take part my rhythm beats to the conditions of my heart Dark- light both extremes of our life up & down we climb or slide down all the process of being amongst the riders of the night and the ones lead by the light
