My Elements

Earth fire water wind

Knocks me down and picks me up again

The earth cool rich hard beneath my feet

Does it's job to humble me

It reminds me time and time again

That no matter how big you are falling never comes to an end

Fire races through my veins

And tells me that the world is inhumane

If I succumb to my anger

Then I will have completed my biggest failure

Water swirls whooshes and throws me

All around here and there to confuse me

This purifying liquid opens my eyes

And teaches me that tricky water and fake friends are alike

Wind

My beautiful friend

Lifts me up and helps me soar on my wings

To fullfill my wildest and craziest dreams

Earth fire water wind

Knocks me down BUT picks me up again.
