My eternity
A swoop off my feet
But no impact of the earth hitting my back
A free fall through space and time
The stars rush by me in waves
For the mean time,
The light in your eyes create my eternity
Butterflies invade my mind and soul,
In a way that feels as though the ocean’s tide turns inside me
They Tangle my words and wreck my brain
In the way only you do.
I dream of your lips on mine
Our bodies dancing as we create a melody only you and I understand
Our bodies work together to get every note…
just right
A symphony of perfect chords.
The notes on paper created from
Chaos and beauty
You swept me off my feet
Sending me spiraling through space
But still now,
as I wait to hit the ground
I want nothing more than to feel myself land lightly in your arms
To hold one another and never let go
