My Ever Changing Ball
When I was born, I was given a ball. It is blue and green. My ball is my greatest treasure. It is changing, though. My friends aren't taking care of it. Right when it was created, it was given the stars, its own moon, a sun, a sky, an entire universe.
It spins and rotates. It gives life to all it creates. It gives me water to drink, food to eat, it is my home. It is our home. Our ball is our greatest treasure. We pretend like it can replenish itself, and it can, but not as fast as we think it can. Can we love it please? Can we please take care of it? I love my ball.
When I was born, I was given a ball, it was blue and green. The colors are changing; the air is changing; the water is changing. And ultimately, we are changing. We need to act according to how much we have left and what we can do to save it. To save our ball, its all we have.
