My Everything

I am scarred

As everyone is.  Bruised

In places, by myself

And others.

Damaged a little, but

Not Beaten.

No.  I am never beaten.

One loves me,

Even with the scars.

One who sees past pain

And broken heart.

One who sees beneath

Pasted smiles

And imperfections

And temporary joy.

One who gives meaning and

True joy to my

Empty life.

One who sees me.

Really sees me.

It is Him I need.

My Jesus.

My All.

My Everything.
