My Experience

Growin up for me was a pleasent experience

Although day by day as I grow older

There are choices I have to make

Some that I want and some that I don’t

Yes, I could have done nothing about it

But that means that I wouldn’t have gotten here

Gotten where I am today and what I want

I still remember my first job search

When I was picked for SYEP that year

I was still unsure about what I wanted to be

Even though some might already have their dreams

So I thought and thought and came up with a answer

Working with kids, I wanted to help the little ones

Help them grow and have a good education

So I found a place that offers it

My experience there had many emotions

Some good and some bad

Although in life you are to feel these emotions

You can’t rid of them

There is always a way the bad emotions can sprout

But I never think about the bad, just the good

I wanted to help kids ever since the summer of 2010

They are just so energetic and playful
