My fault
He want's to have sex with me because he loves me
And he didn't know that I was already half asleep because I know he loves me
And he's parking his car in a parking lot so we can kiss in the backseat but because he can't wait to love me
He's asking me when my parents will be gone so he can come over because he loves me
And he calls me baby every time my clothes are on his bedroom floor so I know he loves me
Of course, he's never introduced me to his family and that one time he did he called me his friend but he gave me that smile so I know he loves me
But when we're alone and when his lips are on my neck he sort of mumbles that he loves me
And for a while that was enough for me, fooling myself into thinking he loved me, not my body
But as the months went on and he stopped watching movies without being able to have his hand on my chest
No, he didn't love me
He never loved me
But that will never be my fault.
