My Final Prayer

I pray that my essence never fades

I pray that you never go away

And that your love never sways

You and me together forever pass our graves.

I pray that we take this first class flight

To a land called Love beyond human's sight

Making no lefts turns or wrongs let's just keep this right

Even through distance and time let our love remain tight.

I pray for one last chance of tracing timeless expressions in the sand

I pray that before I die I can propose to you with this wedding band

No more hiding my emotions sharing them with you of course I can

Let's go back to the beginning and rewind clocks' hands.

I pray that in this world I leave a footprint

At least a trail of my refreshing scent

Not like some one hit wonder that came and went

Let my name be carved in every city's cement.

I pray that after this life there really is a Paradise

Where people aren't judge by their race style nor size

Though money class or respect may be the ultimate prize

With them true happiness you cannot buy.

I pray that the pain people hide in the inside can be seen

No denial nor running just repairing the damage done as a team

That way healing them would be a breeze

Because sometimes things aren't always as they seem.

I pray that in this moment that you don't question the meaning of this

Just appreciate my vulnerability and congratulate me with a soft kiss

Understand that without you my passion and thirst for love wouldn't exist

If it weren't for your love I probably wouldn't experienced my first love's bliss.

As this prayer comes to a conclusion

Let our love continue to dance to the melodies carried through the wind

Everything has a beginning yes but this doesn't have to end

If it does and my heart stops then on my stone it will be written 'Caused By A Beautiful Sin'.
