My First Poem

So this is my first poem And I'm a bit reluctant to start But this wave of inspiration that I felt Splits the two emotions In half or better yet Apart. Ah, it was the thought of life that brought me here today Reflections on what would be come of myself And hopes that everything will be okay I guess that Ill just go with it I already feel welcomed to power poetry.
