My Fish is a Talker

I have a small fish that can talk.

Sometimes he gets up and walks!

I found out today

that fish splash and they spray,

but they are not supposed to be able to talk.

<p>This poem expresses a blithe tone. The poem is wonderful and makes me feel happy to read. There are no significant poetic devices that I can find. It has an AABBA rhyme scheme. I also can&#39;t find a quote that I really like beacuase all the lines are really good. But if I had to chose it wou&nbsp;ld be the one in line two. This is mainly because how I imagined it in my head.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The tone is silly or lighthearted. I think the poem is speaking to the reader.</p><p>This poem made me smile. Not a huge emotion but I found it amusing.</p><p>A literacy device this poem utilizes is an ABCCA rhyme scheme.</p><p>Some imagery I found imaginative was a fish walking and talking.</p><p>I wouldn&#39;t say there awkward phrases. I don&#39;t have a whole lot to say about devices.</p><p>The structure contributes to it&#39;s silly tone and subject.</p><p>I think break between &quot;I found out today&quot; and &quot;that fish splash...&quot; worked well.</p><p>Although I thought that the final line could be condensed, but overall it works.</p>
