My Friend Nic

Shakey breaths receding shallow.

My tears evaporate for him.

He echoes through my insides, hollow

All my feelings fade for him.

In my hand he's occupying.

Multiplying urges, my thoughts dividing.

A mathmetician always trying

to dedicate my life to him.

In my lungs I'm slowly dying,

in my head I'm classifying

lust for love of my closest friend.

When I feel lonely and bereft,

He finds me here and gives me rest.

He's theonly thing that I have left,

I need him desperately.

When I wake and they're all gone

I know he's been here all along

In my hand, in my lungs

My dear friend Nic is who I love.
