my friend/enemy

her name was depression

she drew me in with aggression

without me knowing what was happening

I found myself struggling

I thought you were my friend

but I see you could never comprehend

the pain that i could hide

all behind my eyes

but don't you worry

no need to be sorry

I do have a confession

My friend is depression
