My friends

Dear My Friends,

From seeds to flowers we have all grown

Grown together and grown independently

Enduring the harsh seasons,

Preparing for what comes next

Whether it was summer where we bloomed the most

Soaking in the intense sunlight

Trying to grow as tall as possible

Growing together and making the most of the temporary season

Whether it was fall where we changed the most

Losing a few leaves

Shedding the old and waiting for the new

Adjusting to the unstable weather

And whether it was winter where we wilted the most

Abiding the frost

Holding onto the soil

Organizing ourselves to endure nature’s fury

We bloomed

We wilted

We transformed

Together

Now it is spring

Time to for a new beginning

Time to blossom

Time for us to advance from what we have learned before and exceeding those

Time to learn new things

Time for an adventure

And soon Time for us to let go

I’ve looked back and

Acknowledged how much we have grown

How much we have gone through

How much happiness and hope I have for all of us

And whatever we endure alone or together

Wherever the wind blows us

Whether we stand alone or together

However we change

I hope that our experiences together

Were not in vain

Were not trivial

Were not forgotten

I looked back

I looked at us now

I look forward into the bright future

And as the seasons cycle

I have no doubt that

I will never forget

Our experience

Here, now, together
