My Future

Do you really want to know what inspires me?

Truth is I’m not really sure

All I ever think about is leaving 

Taking chances 

and traveling across the world

Maybe what inspires me is my friends

They’re always there for me

to make me feel like I’m still me

even if it feels like I’ve fallen apart

or my parents who just want whats best for me

Because of them I always strive for good grades

and higher scores

Without them in my lives I wouldn’t try anymore

they want me to go to college

and become a good person

with a high paying job

My instructors also inspire me

just like my parents

All of them inspire me

I wouldn’t be the way I am without them

Someday,

If I ever become something more

I'll go back and thank them.
