To My Future Self

To My Future Self:

Do you remember me?

Do you remember who I am--

Who you once were?

I keep thinking about you

But I don’t know who to think about

I like the me I am today

And I know I’ll like you, too

But I don’t want to think about you until I am you

With love,

Who You Once Were
