My Future Woman

Dear future lover,

I thought the Sun was the only thing about as bright as my future, but your smile beats that
Any feelings that I have for you are from the very bottom of my heart, guaranteed that I'll speak that
You know I'm always moving forward and if you're falling behind me, don't worry I'll reach back
Because I said I'm not good at leaving people behind, and yes I mean that
Don't expect any lies, double crossing, or cheating from me because I've seen that
Happen to women from men they looked to for love, but he didn't really provide it
I bet that felt like he stabbed you in the heart, so painful, and yet you survived it
But.. when I'm with you, I'll try my best to keep you happy and she can believe that
Won't ever use my hands to hurt you, and you can also believe that
Your heart is so delicate and I'll do whatever to please that
I'll give you everything and you can return the favor like feedback, I plead that
This is the last line, and it's something that I truly believe
You can never spell trust without "us", and whenever we're lovers, we'll need that
And you can tell me how I did on this piece after you read that.

From my heart to yours,

Visionary
