My Generation

My Generation My generation confides us in a small group We expect each other to be the same clone Some fight it, and most of the time they Crumble under the pressure of their peers, We all fight it weather we know it or not We all feel alone even though every Honest person has been through it Once or twice in their lives It is a constant war Trying to stay true to your self When you really don’t know your Self yet We all wonder about what the future Has to hold My generation expects me to Conform to their ways but I Fight it everyday I fight to stay true to what I believe in I fight the modern trend, I fight not to pick on myself Everyday Because I don’t feel like I am Good enough for anyone You see my generation Is cruel and mean Not accepting to differences Don’t even try to be different When it comes to your religion If you are not the typical religion You will be preached to People will try to talk you out of What you feel like you believe In.
