My Glasses

blurry unclear, can’t see

what’s that?

I put my glasses on

everything is clear, I can see everything

lines no longer are blurred

people no longer blobs

new point of view

brighter visions

framed with tortoise pattern

they grip my face

the world looks revived

I am a new person

someone who can see their own thoughts

glasses change everything

blurry unclear, can’t see

what’s that?

I don’t know

my thoughts are still blurred,

glasses can’t fix that
