My Goal

when things go wrong as they sometimes will,
when the road you're going down seems all uphill
when the paycheck is low and the debts are so high,
and you want to smile, but you have to sign,
when care is pressing you down a bit
rest if you can, but don't quit

LIFE is strange with its own twists and turns
as every one of us sometimes sees,
and many turns about
when she might have won she stuck it out.
Dont give up thoughthe pace seems slow,
you may succed with another blow.

often the goal is nearer than
it seems to a fair and faltering man,
often the struggler has given up
when she might have captured the vicotrs cup.
