my goodbye letter

to whomever maybe reading this,

it’s been something
however i cannot take this
day-after-day i sit in this room
telling myself
that something about today will be different

does something different ever happen?
no
nope
in fact
everyday feels like the next
it all inevitably blends together
into one
            big
                clump

in other news,
i've given myself a new nickname:

sheep

because i am no longer an individual
i am just a number
in a heard of sheep

and some day
everyone will feel this way
at the rate we are going

time has slowed down
time is a construct

the only change happening are the changing of the seasons
(and my increasing disinterest for learning)

‘these will be the best years of your life’
when? when is it supposed to get better, todd?

thus being said i'm going to drop

not dead, just out
out of college

yes, this has been a privilege that i should take advantage of
and as much i want to stay in school

my SANITY and MENTAL STATE SAY OTHERWISE
or else i would be dropping

i would like to thank my elderly professors for their shitty teaching
In the **world of communications**

i would further like to sincerely thank this college for not only

WASTING MY TIME
but also
WASTING MY MONEY ON THE SCIENCE SCHOOL RENOVATIONS

so without further ado,
i'm off to bigger and better things

yours truly,
a fed-up college dropout
