My Guardian Angel

You just leave me lying here.. On these church steps, Away from fear, Here I feel safe.. In your grace, My lost hope Is now found under your sweet embrace. Your smile catches my tears.. Listening to your sweet whisper in my ears.. You pick me up when I always fall. You help my faith grow when it feels small... I dround in this self abuse, The round, soft sound of your voice, Helps me make it through... Through the night, You help end this fight, The fight for my life... Running away from this problem, These problems... Thats when I find myself here... Laying on these church steps, No longer alone... Not filled with fear... ......................................... Because I know that you now are near.
