my healthy relationship with running

The feeling of wind hitting my body, my feet thumping against the ground in a perfect rhythm, my heart beat clamoring in my chest as I gasp for breath at every stride, my body a symphony of motion; there is no better feeling than the high that comes with running. the yellow grass crunches with every step imitating the skips of my heart. The sun shines down on me like a spotlight, telling me that this was my time to give my best performance. A man's voice boomed through a speaker, “On your mark, get set, go!”
